- I like the mop..easy to use and does a great job!
- Great for thorough cleaning of any textured tile floor
- I waited impatiently for this product's release and was not disappointed in it! Due to a knee problem I have difficulty in getting my kitchen floor absolutely clean using the typical spray-and-wipe tools such as the Chlorox Ready-Mop (which I had been using). Those work fine on a smooth surface but can't really get into any lower spots (like grout lines or lower areas in a textured-surface tile) very well. I'd often wished for something like the Black & Decker ScumBuster tool but with a long handle so that it could be used standing up. Well, this new product is exactly that, with the bonus of the onboard liquid dispenser and "mop-up" cloth right there as well. The bottle dispenser attaches instantly with a push-and-click, which is far easier than the setup on the Chlorox ReadyMop. The ability to use any cleanser (or even just hot water if that's your preference) and any mopping pad is yet another plus. My only question is why it took so long for any manufacturer to come up with a cleaning tool like this?!
- Great for linoleum or wood flooring
- I bought this for the wrong type of flooring. I needed to scrub a ceramic grout type flooring and it got the job done but wore me out. I used it on my laminate flooring and it was great for that and pretty easy. You can use any type of cleaner with it that doesn't have to be rinsed. I used Swifter cleaner and Mr. Clean in it and they both did a good job with it. Not recommended for ceramic flooring. Hope this review helps with your purchasing.
- I am very satisfied with this item. I was hesistant to buy it at first since it's a little pricy compared to other mops. Easy to follow instructions on the assembly of this product. But at first, I had a hard time making the mop work. It took me days to figure out which button to push when you want the scrubber or the pad. But after a while, I find the product very useful. I use Chlorox pads on this mop and put drops of PineSol in the water bottle. It's very effective in cleaning the floor. I usually use 2-3 Chlorox pads to clean my floor. At the last pad, I could hardly see any dirt. I also use it when I wax my floor. It is a little heavy which is good because you don't have to add pressure when you want to scrub/mop. Using this product has reduced the time I spent on cleaning. I highly recommended it to my friends. In fact, I let them use it in their apartments.
- I thought this mop was not too bad to put together. I think that it is easy to use, with the exception that the sprayer is not powered. This is the BEST cleaning mop I have used though. Not sure what they have going on with those pads, but it cleans ten times better than Swiffer and even a regular mop head. My floor hasnt come this clean since I laid it down. The problem is finding replacement pads. NO stores carry them. I called B&D and they advised that they have been on back order from their overseas vendor and that I would need to order on-line or through my local B&D service center. I did place an order for 5 boxes ($[...] per box of 10) and will hopefully get it within a weeks time. They say to take Swiffer pads and wrap them around the mop.....oiy! Who wants to fight with that. I will just wait for my pads, using my Swiffer mop in the mean time.
- For the price of this model, and the fact it is cordless, it does a very good job. I have textured tile floors that are a bear to clean. You can easily clean the surface, but it is very difficult to get into the textures. Usually I have to use a scrub brush and get on my hands and knees.
Not with this. It did the job it said it would, really got into the ground in dirt. The solution dispenser is handy, but a spray bottle would work just as well. The scrub brush really works great, if slow.
The mop is only "okay".
Over all, this is a good buy for quick clean ups. For a big job, like doing the whole floor on a weekly basis, I'd look for a corded model. But so far the reviews I've seen don't speak highly of any model when it comes to textured tile floors.
- I love this mop. When it came in it wasn't working correctly, the tube for the water wasn't completely connected. The water went into the space with the batteries. But after my husband did a little surgery on it, it works great. I hurt my back recently, so I even used the scrubber to clean the tub!
- Not as impressed as I thought I would be
- This is probably much like a Swifter, but nice having the scrubber function. My problem is with the floor cleaner ejector. I feel like I'm going to get carpal tunnel syndrome squeezing it so many times with little result. Not much spray comes out. I got a bottle sprayer and used that in addition to the B&D product. It's a little heavy too. If you don't have grout to scrub, I would suggest getting a Swifter product instead.
- I bought the power mop mostly because of the brush attachment to clean grout between the tiles and under cabinets so I didn't have to kneel. It worked okay in the open (though I will have to go over it more than once) but the brush was about an inch too high to fit under the cabinet, so I'm back to needing to get on my knees for that job. Also I'm finding that I will be using quite a few batteries to keep it running which is another expense I didn't think about!
- This product is good, except that the brush is quite too small. I was also having trouble guiding it because of pain in my hands. What I mean by that is that it was a little too awkward to steer.

- Product was broken on arrival. Seller chadandnani would not take back. Had to call the factory for a replacement.
Would never buy from this seller again. I don't think they care as long as they got rid of thier defective product.
- The concept is great, but the execution is poor. I loved the idea of the rotating brush for vinyl floors, and that did work well. The mop is very heavy, but I discovered I didn't have to press down on it, kind of like using a heavier iron. The big problem is the sprayer-it was so hard to use I had to use both hands, and I have pretty strong hands. The idea of carrying an extra spray bottle with you defeats the purpose of the thing. I gave up and threw it away.
- I bought this mop when it first came out a few months ago. In retrospect I should have waited and read the reviews first. At first it worked fine but after only a few uses the spray bottle stopped spraying. I called Black and Decker customer service, but they were no help at all. They told me that there were problems with the mop and that I should take it to a local shop to have it fixed. Well, I don't have a lot of spare time, so I thought that I'd just use it without the attached sprayer. I used my own spray bottle. However, just after using the mop a few more times the whole thing completely broke apart. The brush broke off and the mop wouldn't fold back into it's normal position. At that point I was so fed up with the mop and Black and Decker customer service that I just tossed it in the trash. The company itself has acknowledged that there are problems with this mop. It's a shoddy piece of junk and should be taken off the market.
- I am very very disappointed with this product. I was so excited to get it because I thought it would clean my tile that I have such a problem getting clean. NOPE!! I can't even get the mop pads to stay on! They keep ripping off. The sprayer doesn't spray very well and the scrub brush works when it wants too. Save your money!!
- Very dissapointed with this Power Mop
- I was very disspointed in this product. It is much heavier than I thought. The scrubber head moves as described but doesn't remove dirt from crevices with any efficiency. A sponge and elbow grease would do the job faster. The bottle that contains the liquid gets jammed so the liquid is unable to squirt on to the floor. The lever that switches the mop head to scrubber is awkward and retracts at times. There isn't a good thing to say about it.
- I was all excited that I could put any solution i want in it and that it had a scrubber, but when i got it. It was so hard to put together. Then the cleaner i put in started to leak. Then the handle part kept on coming apart. Then it didn't look right. The mop pads are a joke, they don't just come off when you turn the knob which i can't even do that. It does not take any mop pads because the swiffer wet jet mop pads are my fave and I had to put velro on the bottom so that they would work on it. And most of all the thing is so heavy. You have to have some upper body streanth just to move it. The scrubber head is no were near how big it look on Tv. It was a very big dissapointment not to mention it was my Xmas present to my self. Black and Decker should stick to power tools and leave the mops up to swiffer. I love my Swiffer wet Jet. Best Mop I have ever used. Wish they would make it so i could use any cleaning solution that i wanted though.
- Worst Black and Decker product
- This power mop is the worst product from Black and Decker that I ever had. It is clumsy, heavy, and awkward to use. In addition the spray mechanism stops spraying after a few uses. Amazon replaced the unit with a new one and it failed in the same way after a few uses. My wife went back to her Clorox swifter. My wife does like the power brush on the B&D mop, but that feature does not make up for of the other inadequacies and design defects.
- I really hate I bought this item. From what it looked like on television it would be a great product. NOT! I already have the Clorox Mop but thought that this would be better than the Clorox Mop. Big mistake. The commercial is misleading and the solution does not even squirt out like the Clorox Mop does. You have to keep pushing the nob to get the solution out. I will continue to use my Clorox Mop, glad I did not throw it away. Feel like throwing this one away and the money that I wasted on buying it plus the shipping and handling costs!
- None of the mop pads I've bought stay on the mop, even the one that came with it, making it useless!
- Dissapointed by battery power
- When a "power mop" is advertised as if it has so much "POWER" and then it comes with batteries, it's not good. Very dissapointed by the product when I put the batteries in, put a little pressure on the scrubber, and it started to die right out. Sorry, that's defineately not going to work on grout and tile in the kitchen. I believe it would be a better product if it had power from an outlet. Thank you.

- The scrubber works well getting scuff marks off of my wood floors, although doesn't do much on the grout on my tile floor.
Squirter doesn't always work, and only the pads that came with the product seem to work and I am not sure where to find them.
I think just a swiffer would do.
